Springtime Glow: DIY Hibiscus Anti-Aging Serum

Ingredients:
– 1/4 cup hibiscus petals
– 2 tablespoons rose water
– 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel
– 1 tablespoon glycerin
– 1 tablespoon jojoba oil
– 5 drops vitamin E oil
– 3 drops frankincense essential oil

Instructions:
