Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup shea butter
– 2 tablespoons coconut oil
– 1 tablespoon beeswax
– 10 drops peppermint essential oil
– 10 drops tea tree essential oil
Instructions:
1. In a double boiler, melt the shea butter, coconut oil, and beeswax over low heat until well combined.
2. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding the peppermint and tea tree essential oils.
3. Stir well to ensure that the essential oils are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
4. Transfer the cream to a clean, airtight container and allow it to set at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Application:
Massage a small amount of the nourishing shea butter foot cream onto clean, dry feet, focusing on areas of dry or cracked skin. For best results, use the foot cream at bedtime and cover your feet with socks to allow the cream to penetrate deeply overnight. Repeat daily or as needed to keep your feet soft and smooth.
Benefits:
– Shea butter is deeply moisturizing and nourishing, helping to soften rough skin on the feet.
– Coconut oil is rich in antioxidants and fatty acids that promote skin health and repair.
– Beeswax acts as a natural emollient and helps to seal in moisture for long-lasting hydration.
– Peppermint essential oil has a cooling and refreshing effect, while tea tree oil provides antifungal and antibacterial properties to help maintain foot health.
Note:
If you have sensitive skin or allergies to any of the ingredients, perform a patch test before applying the foot cream to your feet. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
