At Coco Botanicals, we want you to love your all-natural skin care products! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of personal care products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened, used, or tampered products
Items not in their original packaging
Gift cards or promotional items
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at Josh@cocobotanicals.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We will respond with instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at Josh@cocobotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
